🇬🇧 Francisco Lima is still young but discovered his mission in the universe at an early age. As soon as he came of age, he began his studies in music production and, four years later, launched himself into the world under the name Avan7.

His goal is to reconcile futurism with ancestral wisdom, serving as a conduit for transcendence amidst the true sonic and bodily ritual that electronic music parties and festivals are, connecting contemporary culture with tribal concepts. For Chico, we should not reject technological evolution, let alone be imprisoned by it, but rather use it to our advantage, reaching experiences that were previously nonexistent.

The practical result of this is a powerful musical identity, with the acidity and intensity of a good full-on, which, combined with the seriousness with which he approaches his career, quickly propelled him to success. In 2020, just one year after the project's launch, he became co-owner at Sonoora Records and joined the roster of DM7, playing at increasingly relevant venues and scoring a hit with his first release on the label: 'Third Eye,' produced in collaboration with Akasha, with whom he also has the parallel project Digitalk, where they explore the darker facets of psy trance.

The following year, amid the doubts and fears generated by the pandemic, he realized that he could contribute to the growth of the trance community by sharing his knowledge with people aspiring to follow the artistic path. He became a music production teacher and launched the course 'The 7 Steps to Psy Trance,' which was a great success and solidified the respect he already held within the scene.

Since then, Avan7 has been making his mark at Brazil's major events and has also ventured to countries like Mexico, Switzerland, and France. His music finds its way to the most esteemed labels globally, such as Shamanic Tales and Nano Records, consistently hitting the Top 10 of psy trance on Beatport with most of his releases, having reached the coveted Top 1 position four times to date. Despite his achievements, the artist knows that his journey is just beginning and that there is much to be learned, achieved, and taught. This fact serves as fuel for him to continue impacting people's lives with the joy and humility that are characteristic of him.
